I had no prior martial arts experience (aside from some boxing and judo in high school) when in September 2003 I happened to read about Wing Chun after it was suggested by a work colleague how this was an art that was clinical, direct and worthy of further study.
In October of that year I joined the Lo Man Kam School in Oakland now known as East West Wing Chun. After two years there I studied briefly in the WT system in San Francisco before fortunately discovering Sifu LeBlanc's school in Oakland and signing on in August 2006.
Sifu LeBlanc has needless to say been very integral to my overall development as a student and practitioner of his system via the public classes and private instruction. Aaron Miller and (more recently) Sifu Dave Rodriguez deserve special mention as training partners in the process of covering the entire curriculum here at LeBlanc Wing Chun.

Interested in the martial arts at a very young age, Wing Chun keeped surfacing as a formidable system.
Searching for a teacher in Wing Chun was not easy. Reading about a great Wing Chun teacher in Los Angeles sparked my interest. This was Sigong Gary lam.
Hearing about the Gary lam system and finding out that his top student was now living in Oakland Ca.,was great news. I contacted him in 2007, and started my studies participating in public classes and training in private.
I am very grateful, to have had the opportunity to meet and study with Sifu Greg LeBlanc.
